Having read about the ownership of the land at Whitebank and possible ground development in the other 2 threads on here ( "whitbank-stadium-latest" and "Start Of Things To Come?" ) It seems likely that nobody will ever be given any permission to buy or develop the land at Whitebank ( if the ROYAL family have owt to do with it " Out of spite" ).... So it would seem that we are stuck in the 3rd Tier of Rugby League for the foreseeable future as Oldham R.L.F C will never be able to meet the criteria for promotion !!! ... Having said that I have no idea why permanent toilet facilities and some terracing can not be provided for the fans ????? and hopefully of some cover even over its just a canvas type tent over the Whitebank side ???

If that is the Case then they will be one or two NCL Teams from Oldham who will be complaining or if their facilities are better they will be Possibly Replacing Oldham RLFC !

Can NOT disagree .....there are probably several teams at the higher level of the Conference that could replace Oldham on the basis of facilities available ....and maybe 2 or 3 IN Oldham as you say
