York Lokos r looking for 3 teams to take part in a pre-season competition.The format is as follows,
each team will play each otheronce for a period of 40mins consisting of two 20 min halves,so in total each team will have played 120 mins at the end of the comp.This will enable coaches to play as many players as they think best. it will also give the coaches opportunity to try different styles of play. the winner will be the team with the best points difference at the end of the day.
Each coach will pick a 321 mom from each game and the players will vote on a player of the day.
the likely date will be april 23 or 24th.

is this 13 aside? Could probs get a scratch team in for the sunday, will have to ask about though.

13 a side would be the ideal but its not nailed on and im sure teams would be flexible
