I take your point deluded i just meant thats it's encouraging to see some patience, delivering rather than overpromising. Remonds me of the USARL of giving teams time to develop rather ythan throwing them in to early just to have the headline numbers.

The biggest piece of news in that article is that the Serbian RL seems to cementing it's position within the sporting landscape and official structures. Can only be of great benefit in the long run. Great to see.
