hya marra,i just hope it's not mr keaveny aka (the hornets).His name was mentioned a couple of times a few weeks ago but i think he his a scrum half not a stand off,i forgot to mention he has played for town a couple of seasons ago but we need a good stand off who can actually run a game for the team,but let's not forget finchy and the old man holty they will make a bit of difference also.

do you not think we need another scrum half?for back up for kaighan.we have bamber,finch and holt for stand off.why do we need 4.i do agree about keavney though,dont think he would improve us.

yeah but keaveny could bring something to town he is a very good player and finchy never really played well for them away at hunslet keaveny kaighan and bamber would do because there has not been much talk about holt but he is a good player as well we have to many half backs and stand offs

holty is coaching union,but should be incontention for the swinton game.and again i have to disagree scott,holt is the best half back we have,he controls the game,and his kicking game is second to none.which all our other half backs really do lack.and if you watch when we are close to the oppositions line we do tend to panick and very rarely get repeat sets,holt will certainly improve this aspect.and to claim finch never done anything against hunslet is extremely harsh,the lad has been out for almost a year,and however good a half back you are,you need good field position,and at hunslet our forwards didnt create any.i would start with kaighan and holt whenever possible.

i dont think holt is that good bamber has played well so far i would always have kaighan and bamber

You really dont think Holt is that good? He was excellent for us, and gave us something we were desperate for last season and still miss at times this season, control. The fact he came on in his first game and created 3 tries when we didnt look like making the line showed just how important he will be for us.
