great comeback the spirits there. any chance the half time draw could be annouced in the bar at half time and the scoreboard is far better but could you ask the chap not to stand in front of it - wigan or oldham at home.

As far as the Golden Gamble is concerned I have tried to cover all points by having the winner announced at half-time and then at a suitable time in the second half when the bar has emptied. We also put the winning number up on the bar's doors for a 'belt & braces' approach. I'm not sure we can have it announced in the bar as it might not have speakers, but I'll check for the next home game.

The winner claimed his prize yesterday.
