He isnt playing until his union commitments finish which isnt quite yet I think. Matt Tunstall resigned for Town today I believe

I've no problem with him returning to the squad. He had a good last season with Town and when he stays fit he's hard to contain and has a good off-load

It depends which Tutty we get!!! I'll settle for the one we saw in 2008 as I thought he was our stand out player that year.
Holty's club Furness play their last match on Easter Saturday at Workington so there is quite a wait yet for his return.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

I'm not basing my opinion on the jameates,I'm basing it on the fact of stupid offloads in our own half and the Cumberland throw he uses every tackle.I hope he does well for town, but I can't see him bringing anything better than the 4 existing props bring.

Well at least we're not relying on him, if he doesn't do the biz we don't have to play him . Last time he was the standout player, but he didn't have much competition.

I cant really see the reasoning behind signing him. If he is to be a squad player then I would rather we used a young local prospect, I`m sure there is some out their as good as him.

I thought we would have re-signed Peter Dobson by now as he was starting to play well before he went to Oz. If Jacko has torn his bicep he could be out for the best part of the season and Ginge can only do 10 minute spells, so we need players to share the load but many locals wont join until their season finishes.

In his time with Seaton tutty has been excellant his performance on the field superb but his contribution to developing and helping out the younger lads has been first class and with time running out on his career he goes back to Town with everyones best wishes. Most of all he loves playing for Town I think he will be a good addition to the squad and wont let the team down

I always thought tutty was one of the stand out players everytime I played against town, cant see any down side to him returning really. Adds to the squad depth and can help spell ginge and the other fatties. Just an opinion guys.

We could do with you now, though we have patches in games where we look unbeatable we really need someone with experience (thats kinder than old isnt it?) who knows how to calm us down when needed. I can see why Tutty has been brought in after Keiths post, that does make sense if Jacko is out for a long time.Cheers wonky lad!!!!!!!! 'Older head'......ouch. You know what I mean holty, you can have the best players in the world, but if you don't have an experienced leader then you will be undone by the better teams.
