Dawson's Books on Dewsbury Market have now started selling rugby league books following the closure of Dewsbury Books.
Their first delivery includes "No Sand Dunes In Featherstone: West Yorkshire Rugby League memories" and includes interviews with Maurice Bamford, Alan Bradford, Morris and Harry Child, Len Hayley, Mick Sullivan and Harry Warham, who all have a strong Dewsbury connection.
Also there are "We'll Support You Evermore", the biographies of Billy Boston and Peter Fox, "Play To Win" and two novels "Braver Than All The Rest" which Ray French has described as "a moving and excellent novel" and my fourth novel "One Autumn" which has a background of Work, Family Life and Rugby League".
All are on sale Wednesdays, Friday and Saturdays and with a 10% discount.

www.geofflee.net for news of my novels, One Winter, One Spring, One Summer and One Autumn, all written against a strong Rugby League background, set in South Lancashire and inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller".

No sign of "Hit 'em first, ask questions later" by Jack Marchant?
Or "From Bondi to Nine-oil" by Garth Budge?
Or "By hook or by crook" by Don Bradshaw?
Or "This chicken's a girl" by Trevor Callaghan?
Or "Not much room in my taxi" by Trevor Walker?
(I'm sure most of these will be before everyone's time, and I appreciate the obscutities...)
