i personally think u should have given him a chance in the centres to prove what hes worth!
hes scored more trys than pryce and barnett and hes only played 2 and a half games (and out of position)

????
He isn't playing out of position, when he was at Cas he was a winger. I think the loan spell will do him good.

I agree with regards to cunny Steve but lets face it i really liked q,y he and grimmer had a great understanding on the field but what happened regarding him leaving the club was unavoidable really Harding i liked the look of but needs more experience and its up to the coaches really im sure he will be a good asset for Hunslet. You know what my views are on this- its absolutly ridiculous. We play 2 centres who hardly score a try between them and loan out a try scorer who hasnt had one full game at centre and the other proven try scorer who should have been given a proper chance rips oldham apart last week for yet another 2 tries.Try scoring centres are as rare as rockin horse s,hit,we had 3 with q,y and somehow now are left with none....but hey this is hunslet we are talking about.

Maybe we should have been careful and had a bit more forethought around the fact that we haven't got a second team to even give game time to players.
We still have players who are playing one in every three on a 'rotational' system and it can't be good for anyone - some of these are real good players like Blakeway , McLocklan and Dooler.
We certainly haven't shown strength in the three quarters yet but we are scrapping results against competitive opposition.
I hope Harding benefits from Gateshead and gets good game time to develop and come back to us as a better player.
Maybe we could loan a prop or two to Rhinos ?? lol

I hope he doesn't go the same way as the last one we loaned off to Gateshead, the half-back Nigel Scott.
He was never seen or heard of again !!
Scott played for the Leeds Uni team in the cup last week along with a couple more ex Hunslet players
than to open your mouth and prove that you are.

Its all well and good saying clayton doesn't score many, but how many does he save? how many extra tackles does he make with teams trying to get to paul march? would cunny or harding be up to the task, i don't think so.

Let's hope Harding won't end up playing for an amateur side in next year's Challenge Cup then ...
If the club thinks that he's not up to Championship standard at the minute then fair enough ... I just can't see how he'll improve playing in a side that looks set to cop for more good hidings again this season (apart from improving his tackling ...
If we couldn't have arranged a loan deal at a top half Championship One side, then we might as well offered him back to Castleford (or similar) on a deal like we arranged with Louis Stead at Huddersfield.

Suzzy i dont blame the club one bit over q,y they had no choice really, its the mug who payed his contract money for this season that i feel sorry for.....as regards cunny ive been there a thousand times, an oldham fan on their board said he was the best player on the park by miles last week-i rest my case.We can also add george rayner in the fast pacy know their way over the line threequarters that we had at the start of the season to the other 3.
I was told Harding had gone for a month-- no problem with this.
Mark Cunningham played 24 games in Hunslets first team scoring 7 tries -- he didn't have the best coaches in charge of him.
KOL , and LEEDS RL could be acting as agents for Cunni and Harding from their postings --- sit back and think why Cunni is not playing in the Hunslet first team.

Elliot Kear hasn't scored yet in his 3 games but look at his record for wales, just let the players who are selected get on with it i say.

Perhaps the club needs to issue a statement clarifying the situation then.
It would be true to say that so far everyone's been reacting to (and fuelling) an unsubstantiated message board rumour ...

Hawkwind, a statement has just been released 20 mins ago. Hes gone for a months loan.
I TOLD YOU SO, thanks Hawkeye for confirming it.---- now KOL why don't you ask Cunni himself why he's not playing at South Leeds Stadium, or Batley who he played a couple of games for, or Oldham if you say he gets a good mention on their Forum, or ANY OTHER CLUB who are on the look out for a centre.
