The RFL have issued all clubs with a mobile phone to recieve texts from spectators to report any incodents of racist abuse, foul and abusive language or any misconduct where they may feel threatend. The Batley Number is 07506605196 we will hopefully have the system up and working for the Dewsbury game.

While its commendable that they are trying to tackle problems is this really the answer? All it is going to do is stigmatise clubs as receiving a lot of complaints when they may be doing fantastic work to eradicate the problems. Would this then lead to a cross in a box for any League licence application?

Methinks that this could be open to abuse by certain immature individuals.
What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?

its not purely a racism thing (Mobile SMS anonymous reporting) I'm guessing, plus what happens outside the Mount isn't a club/ RFL problem....
