Hunslet Hawks are pleased to announce that they have made arrangements with the Crusaders for Elliot Kear’s loan agreement to be extended to the end of the season, with Crusaders adding a recall option. Darren Williams, director of rugby adding "We are delighted that Elliot will be part of our league campaign and would like to thank the Crusaders for allowing Elliot to stay with the Hawks. He has already shown us his skill and versatility in the Northern Rail Cup, which we can now look forward to in the Championship"

Yes good news Hawkeye-- the Crusaders will be pleased that he will be getting some game time in.--- which is exactley what Hunslet are doing letting Harding go out on loan to Gateshead., with no reserve team expect one or two others to go on loan to Championship 1 teams , it's better to be playing than being on the fringe and sitting watching games.-- of course players can be recalled if the need arises..
Interesting that Harding with only 1 first class appearance for Hunslet has generated more publicity on this Forum than many regular first choice players..
I believe that the coach, and the rugby management team know what they are doing.
