In my opion i would shove Tansy to full back and move Craven to stand off.Tansy played better when he didnt know the moves.Cravens played half back and Tansy could then link up and run from full back.Or put Wandless in next week.

totally agree. Tansey didn't want to run with the ball yesterday, stick him at full back and he will have to!

Put Wandless at 6 and put craven on to the wind for Buchanan!!!

You'd be better to rip up his contract and stick him back in the Time Piece on yesterday's showing.

Your team deserves bertter, and someone who will put everything into every game, regardless of the ability level they have.

Not seen Wandless play, and dont profess to know that much about the Dewsbury players, but surely anyone who gives 100% and plays with heart and spirit would be a complete improvement, even if its only short term until your coaching staff can come up with an effective solution at Stand Off.

sorry guys but you cant just blame tansey. he were trying a few things but some a your players just dident want to know, one player dont make a team so how he seemed to get stick from the fans yesterday i dont know, have a look on dvd at all the things brambani tried but he were only one chasing along with luke so after a while rest a lads seemed to do same. and lets not forget just how on top a the game batley were yesterday too in fitness and pace, maybe if a handfull put a bit more effort in things will click again for dewsbury theres a few with pace but it looks like you need to bust thru so as to set up the pacey lads not have them been creamed by other teams big lads as was the case yesterday. only my opinion guys.coats on and am off.

I have mixed feelings. So far he has looked distinctly average, but you can't become a bad player overnight. It could be that he is used to having good players arround him, who back up, make themselves available and can put him into space, as would happen in SL. At championship level, you have to work to make things happen - and he isn't the only ex SL player at our club who needs to realise that. If Blake is injured,I would like to see Wandless being rotated with Horton at hooker, and as has been suggested maybe swapping Craven and Tansey arround.

In the second half Tansey went 3 attacking sets without touching or even shouting for the ball.
He wasn’t interested at all. Give a local kid who deserves a chance!!

Jordan has either lowered his standards of those around him or like what has previously been mentioned hes used to having key players running the show and hes in the right place at the right time in SL.

If hes serious about getting back into SL, then he needs take Dewsbury by the scruff of the neck and direct them round the field..

Very well put. If you aren't able to spend buckets of money on players commitment is one area where you can compensate. No commitment, no result, and on Sunday hardly any of the Dewsbury players seemed to be interested.

I know its easy to put all the blame on Tansey, and he wasn't the only one who failed to perform, but look at it this way. If you're towing your guts out in the pack and see all your efforts come to nothing because somebody who is on a load more money than you isn't making a big contribution, its hardly surprising when your head starts to go down.

Try Jordan at prop.Moving a six to prop has worked before.Remember Spud Murphy. Joking apart he has played a bit at hooker , which would involve him more in the game and force him to start supporting other players.

Agreed although i started the thread one thing has to be clear.17 players get the praise when they win.17 should get the blame when the play bad.
