Did anybody REALLY think he'd be that successful? He's no coach, IMO.

Didnt see him lasting the season, but when will Des ever learn?

How many coaches have they had in the last few seasons????? not the best way to get a settled side - just hope this means they'll be a bit disjointed when we go up there in a couple of weeks time.
What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law

Barrow haven't had a particularly great start to the season, but its ridiculous to expect the ideas of a brand new coaching team to permeate to the players immediately. Its obvious that this sacking isn't much to do with Schofield's coaching ability (or lack of it - guess we'll never know who good or bad he is as the guy has been given next to no time at all to make a go of it) but some kind of fall-out with Sir Desmondo following his ridiculous rant the other week. What coach in their right mind would want to work for this ego-maniac? Its high-time he just took up the coaching position himself.
What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?

speaking of coach's did anyone see former gallant youth silver fox Gary Thornton at the mount on sunday?

I still have time for the man and he did do some good under his regime, it was just a shame his effectiveness as a coach dwindled...

Karl cheers now move on the KEAR IS HERE!
