A good barometer of how many have attended is the prize for the Golden Gamble. Last week against Swinton it was £70 but I fully expected it to be lower today. It was exactly the same £70, and the crowd was given as over 400 which I think is quite good given that 95% were our fans.

Reading some of the posts on this thread my old nose is twitching and that can only mean one thing.

We'll see eh?

I bet your nose is all that does twitch these days Puggy eh? As for 5 wins in 17 matches, beware the mystery man will the clip board will be appearing in an empty stand near you soon.

SPOTLANDHORNET, I think you may have conveniently forgotten to include in your statement of 5 wins in 17 matches, the fact that this was achieved with a team lacking at least 12 players from the original squad. If you know of any team in our division or the superleague that can still be competitive with such an injury list, please let us all know the secret or better still inform the man that counts.........our coach.
