One of the familiar faces of Rochdale Hornets leaves us for pastures new. Steve has been an integral cog of the Hornets machine over the past 18 months. Steve's passion for Rugby League enabled him to develop and grow the lottery scheme for the Hornets, along with launching Rochdale's very own Buzzline when it moved away from Bolton Wanderer's Goldline.

Recently he took on the role of Programme Editor, ensuring that the Hornets had their own match day programme, which has been well received by the Club and the fans, and will continue to develop throughout the season.

The Buzzline will continue to grow with Steve having built the foundation of a successful lottery scheme.

On behalf of all associated with Rochdale Hornets, we wish Steve all the very best for the future.

Very sorry to see Steve move away, he was always a pleasure to deal with and I wish him well in his new capacity.

Cheers Steve.

He's gone to Alder Hey Children's Hospital, where I'm sure he'll be greatly appreciated.

Good luck Steve

Yes I echo those sntiments. Steve was very hard-working but in this walk of life people do move onwards and upwards and this was obviously that time for Steve. Thanks for all your hard work Steve and if you come to Hornets in the future we'll have a pint in the bar.

Pugwash.
