I seem to remember that the proposed new structure of the 2012 Championship leagues was to be "Signed Off" by the end of March 2011.

Any one know if this has been done?

If 4 teams are moving up from C1 to the Championship (as I think that was the proposal, or one of them) doesn't that make a mockery of the playoffs, especially since promotion is not necessarily going to be based on final league possition but on "other factors".

Any one like to guess where we'll end up?

My guess for the move up would be Swinton (because they will finish 1st) then South Wales, Gateshead and the Skolars (because of other factors).

Who knows PD, if the Sea of Tranquility was to start a team they'd Fast Track the Moon into the Championship. I've given over second-guessing the RFL.
