Interesting article about the numbers of Kiwis playing RL in the Toyota Cup. The NZ lads are now outnumbering lads from Brisbane and the Queensland Country areas. Good for NZ but surely a worry for Queensland.

Maybe some of them will change their allegiances and swap to play for OZ - there's an idea.
The NRL is an attractive proposition to many an aspiring player from wherever, you can't blame them for that.
I suppose it makes a headline - that word 'invasion' packs a lot into itself.

i will start getting worried when we lose origin that wont happen for a while, however i think its great so many young kiwis are playing when over there rugby union is king
