Keighley highlights now on You-Tube, not the best quality, but link below:-

No doubt the rose tinted spec brigade will come out and tell us everything isn't that bad again - seriously, look at the defence for some of these tries!

Good news from Mr Benson though, "it was a big improvement on the previous week against Swinton." He's having a laugh, the score was less as we didn't come up against as good a team, performance - still pants in my opinion!

Seriously you are turning into a cretin. You didn't even go to the game so how can you even try and comment on our performance?

There was some improvements in some areas (at full back with Heaton and moving Brocky to the centres where he made a lot of breaks and Diveney at scrum half was much improved) and there were also some areas that were absolutely dreadful(Bradbury and Whitmore on both attack and defence butchering massive overlaps and missing easy tackles and the majority of the pack is just too passive at times aside from Clarkey)

It is clear to everyone we need reinforcements especially at prop where Boults and Sutton aside we look extremely devoid of class. Hopefully we can get some players back from injury by Easter and bring in some new faces and also hopefully you can get a brain.

For your information you plank, I did go to the game! Don't make assumptions that you cannot back up, you don't know me! For your information I have been to each game this season, including the long haul to Worky to watch dross - therefore believe I am entitled to give an opinion, plank!

Just because you are a one eyed ORLFC fan who thinks everything that CH/TB do is gospel, many of us don't, and will continue to use this board to level criticism where it is rightly due at present. They are killing this club and you and your fellow sycophants will continue to believe that all that glitters must be gold.

If you think the performances of the last few weeks are acceptable, you clearly know even less about rugby than many of us on this board previously thought!

COME ON OLDHAM!!!! COME ON OLDHAM!!!!!

It seems a bit strange that someone who always posts when you go to a game that you didn't for this one. And it seems a bit strange that you only decided to comment after some highlights have been posted and you had also logged on to the site on Sunday after the game. Very strange indeed.

For the rest of your guff, you can shove it. I've criticised the club on plenty of occasions, I've criticised the coach on occasions and I've criticised Hamilton on many occasions. I'm not one eyed at all, I can recognise there are many areas where we need significant improvements to even compete in the third level of rugby. I'm not an idiot.

If you are keeping a log of when I am on the site, thanks very much, you must be a secret ORLFC spy. If you care to check your log, I think I logged on about 8:30pm on Sunday evening after having got home from the game and enjoyed a meal with my family for mothers day. I read what others said and then decided that I just couldn't be bothered with it anymore as I was far too annoyed at parting with my cash to watch that garbage and decided to go for a few more pints instead. You make far too many assumptions, plank!

Yes, I have posted after some highlights have gone up, to try to demonstrate to others who seem to think that all in the garden is rosy, that it is far from it at present and our defence is pants!

Can you dig me out a post where you have criticised the coach please, as I would love to see it, actually thought you may be related to him as in every other post I can recall, you seem to think he is the messiah!

Like I said you're a cretin who doesn't have a clue. Since we have moved to this new board you can't check poster history but I would have enjoyed showing you up and that I do try and be objective in all areas of our club although I often do portray bias in my posts. Sorry if this causes offence to any one else(apart you RR)

Where did you stand at the game? maybe I was stood next to you and if I see you at another game we can have words.I don't enjoy being called an idiot and I'm pretty sure you don't enjoy being called a cretin so maybe a face to face airing would be better.

That's convenient, you can't check poster history on new board, well we have been on this board for a while now, show me you're criticism on this board?

For your info, I sat in the main stand at Keighley with my young son, so you wouldn't have been stood next to me. Where have I called you an idiot, plank!

As far as a face to face goes, don't think I will be bothering with the Skolars game, but as far as a face to face is concerned, happy to meet you any time to show you the error of your ways. Oh what fun winding you up is!!!!

RR and Brooksy please stick to your comments on the game or the club in general, and cut out the name calling. I would hate to give the none rose tinted spectacle brigade something else to moan about by deleting threads.

Sorry about that Saints. I was still massively annoyed with our performance from Sunday and let those feelings spew over into this thread.

Apologies.

The performance at Keighley on Sunday showed very little improvement on the previous few weeks dreadfull showings. The problems seem to be that too few of the players are prepared to do work in defense not only individually but also collectively. The team is missing quite a few experienced players but that does not excuse the lack of application in defensive situations. The players need to take a good luck at themselves and book up their ideas. The confidence is low and the coaching team need to ensure that this confidence is restored by some form of positive actions during the next 2 weeks or if they are unable to do so they need to stand down. The pack as a whole seems weak (except for clarky) and our attacking play is predictable and lacking in go forward. I admit that on sunday we did create a few opportunities mostly through Diveney which were a bit more encouraging only to either over run or throw forward passes. This is the outcome of chasing a game when the cause was already lost. What has changed in the players minds since the good win against Hunslet Hawks in the NRC? Please bring back the performances from last season.

Keep on Believing ( I'll still be there come sunday week)

The highlights show that the team is quite frankly rubbish. I like TB, but if that was an improvement on Swinton, then I'm delighted that I didn't go to that game.

Another thing. A few years ago we would have took over a hundreds of fans to Keighley, it looks like their were no more than 50 there on sunday. Sad times.
