These are subject to change (especially in Leinster I think there might be more sides pop up) but as things stand there's 20 teams in the leagues:

Ulster Division 1
Ballynahinch Rabbitohs
East Belfast Bulldogs
Fermanagh Redskins
Strangford Sharks

Ulster Division 2
Ballynahinch Rabbitohs 'A'

Mid-Ulster Mavericks

16 last year (was meant to be 18 but three dropouts and one late entry). 4 clubs are gone so 8 new teams (Edenderry, Kildare, Ballyfermot, Ballynahinch A, Mid-Ulster, Dungannon, West Coast and Country Cowboys)
