NEW Ravens are hosting the NEW Ravens challenge tournament this sunday 17th April 13:00 start at Bromsgrove RFC Finstall Park Bromsgrove.
We are hoping this becomes an annual event if successful.
It is a round robin tournament with matches 20 mins duration.
This competition is aimed at development to let new players get a taste of RL.
teams confirmed are NEW Ravens, Telford Raiders,Coventry Dragons,Birmingham Bulldogs and Northampton Daemons.
bar and food outlet will be open during the day

Birmingham took the inaugral NEW Ravens challenge cup today as they were unbeaten in their 4 matches,beating Northampton in the last game to take the title. It was a successful day as all 5 teams took part in some thrilling games at Finstall Park today.
All teams played it in the spirit it was intended loaning players to other teams that had got hit by injuries to ensure there were 13 a side games.
Thanks to Peter Parker and Andy Swann for officiating all the games.
