dont think its that new..pretty sure last time i looked it was that website.
it is pretty poor, especially in this day and age when you can buy a pretty tasty basic website design for next to nothing.
Still, always had high hopes for the SARL.. sadly they always seem to be a bit stranded.

The RFL & RLEF seem to do fairly well with Europe & the Jamaican National team but seeing as the ARL don't care about anyone else other than themselve the SARL are basically stranded. The only way that that could be helped is by strengthening the RLIF in some way to make it more like FIFA/the IRB.
