Why don't the ARL get involved in Touch Football in Aus seeing as it sprung up from RL down there? On the Wiki page is claims that the IRB oversee their World Cup?

From that website it seems that Touch Rugby is doing well enough as it is. Do they want big brother to get involved?

Exactly. More people play touch than play rugby league and union combined in Australia. They are doing just fine.
