They are there and there abouts. The weight of statistics show this.
Having said that Raiders, Sharks, Panthers and Roosters are below them in the ladder and are exhibiting the same sort of signs: massively underachieving.
Rabbitohs and Titans are in a similar boat:

It's not pretty down there at the foot of the ladder.
The teams there have some good players on paper who need to be good players on the park.
