Wouter died after a high speed crash on yesterdays stage, cause unknown. RIP Wouter 27.09.84-09.05.11

Very moving this afternoon as his team mates crossed the finish line together linking arms.
Leeds Rhinos,STILL the only Grand Final winning club NOT to have cheated the salary cap.WCC Champions 2012.

Must have been a very difficult day for all concerned. My heart goes out to his family and friends.Very moving this afternoon as his team mates crossed the finish line together linking arms.
"I own up. I am a serial risk taker. I live in a flood zone, cycle without a helmet, drink alcohol and on Sunday I had bacon for breakfast."

His team have now withdrawn from the Giro d'Italia.Must have been a very difficult day for all concerned. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

No shock.His team have now withdrawn from the Giro d'Italia.
Cycling is a dangerous sport. Far more so than boxing and RL. Brave men.

Watching David Millar hauling his battered and bloodied body over the finish line today certainly underlined that point.No shock.
