Can I suggest that we all purchase our tickets for the Warrington cup-tie IN ADVANCE?

The Wolves have allocated us the East Stand, which is the seated end behind the goals, so let's make sure we're all sat together, and MAKE PLENTY NOISE!

This is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge game for the Lions, with the potential to put some much needed dosh in the bank, so...................

Let's get there in our numbers, out-sing the home fans, and give Mac's Marvels the support they so richly deserve!

COME ON YOU LIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question! What's the connection between Rugby League and Rugby Yawnion? Answer! There isn't one!

My girl-friend said to me "If you had to choose between me and Swinton who would it be?" I replied "You know the answer to that one without even asking!"

Would imagine most of of our fans will pay on the night and will probably prefer to stand,is it all the same price? I think it said £15 on website.

On paper it look`s a good draw financially,However the cost`s of staging games at the likes of the Halliwell Jones and the DW are astronomical,i do know that at Wigan a break even figure for a cup game is 8,000 spectators,so anything less the club makes a loss.
Looking at the 6,000 and odd the Wire got against Keighley probably wouldnt have covered the overheads for staging the game.
Hopefully everyone has a great day out and the club does themselves justice, and that there is some financial gain other than the prize money.

The "away" standing end will be closed I believe.

I have just looked on the Warrington site and they are selling tickets for the east stand for £18 so im assuming that ours are at a reduced rate which I would imagine will only apply if you purchase them from the club.Therfore as Spelly says it would be beneficial if we all buy our tickets in Advance.Perhaps someone from the club can clarify.

Same as when we played at Wigan in the Cup match back in 2003 when we were forced to sit behind the sticks like second class supporters.
I had visions of standing along the side (like at Dewsbury) in the South Stand. It's almost as if Wire have the attitude "well they're not in Super League so they can go behind the posts at one end and either like it or lump it."

If we want to recreate that special atmosphere that prevailed at Wigan in 2003 and to a certain extent at Dewsbury last week then surely its imperative we are all together to maximise the noise we impart.Seems senseless to pay on the night when you can purchase tickets at a reduced rate and ensure we are all together. From what I can remember most people sttod up at Wigan and that was all seasting.Buy your tickets in advance as Spelly says and make it a night to remember!

I've got Mackenzie's and mine for the East Stand, and again I urge all Lions' fans to join us!

The team are pulling as one, so should the supporters!

Booked my tickets today and booked the 6.37 train from Manchester Piccadilly.

Maybe worth some advise, on thetrainline.com I've got a return to Warrington for £7.20, not too bad I think.
