Hugely important game for the rest of our season. South Wales have struggled so far this year and if we want to get a decent position in the play offs we have to win games like this. We should have both Roden's back for this game along with Heaton but I can'see Isherwood or St Hilaire being available. The key area for this game is in the centres where we have really struggled for both form and fitness so I would bring Fogerty back for his first game. My team would be

Heaton
Fogarty
Wood
Fogerty
Robinson
Roden
Forber
Boults
Clough
Ellison
Clarke
Noone
M.Roden

Sutton
Stenchion
Bentley/Isherwood
Whitmore/Mansfield

Hi Brooksy

Another well thought out team but, as always, I'm going to put my own slant on it.

Heaton
Fogarty
Bradbury
Fogerty
Robinson
Roden
Forber
Boults
Clough
Ellison
Wood
Noone
M.Roden

Sutton
Stenchion
Clarke
Whitmore/Mansfield

I'm putting Bradbury in the centres to release Wood to go in the second row and release Clarke for the bench as he can play anywhere in the pack and I particularly like him at prop. I also prefer Wood in the 2nd row rather than in the centres as i believe that is where he does the most damage.

I also prefer Wood in the second row but at the minute I would have to pick him there. Bradbury had an excellent start of the year but got steadily culminating in a shocker against Keighley, he wasn't helped having to defend on the outside of Whitmore rather than Ratty admittedly , and it would be a risk bringing him back into the team.

I also wouldn't move Clarke from left sided second row he has had two stormers in a row there against Rochdale and Donny.

I wouldn't mind either team to be honest, yours is more attacking playing two proper centres whilst mine is probably a bit more solid with Clarke at second row and Wood at centre.

Hope to see lots of you Roughyeds down in Caerphilly. Don't forget to visit the castle and buy some souvenir cheese too!

Like you I could go with either of our teams - it's all about opinions, likes and dislikes in the end.
