Norwich City 24 - 30 Bedford Tigers
On the Ball, City!
Sorry, wrong sport
Bristol Sonics 52 - 12 Telford Raiders
Gloucestershire Warriors 66 - 22 Bristol Sonics A
Mixed fortunes for the Sonics this week. Firsts looked strong, admittedly against a very young Telford side.

Carluke Tigers 20-46 Fife Lions
Edinburgh Eagles 48-0 Easterhouse Panthers
Moray Eels seem to be having problems, which is a shame as I'm in Lossiemouth on the 11th June when they are down to play Fife.
Cumbernauld 46-40 Moray Titans
Aberdeen Warriors RFC 24-0 Falkirk
Assuming that is a forfeit by Aberdeen, again it seems a shame as they seem to be an enthusiastic club. Their u17s played Moray Titans last night, though, going down 28-18. The u15s beat the Titans 44-14 last Sunday.
edit: Aberdeen's result has changed to 24-0 to them, so it is looking like Falkirk couldn't raise a team - shame, but glad it wasn't Aberdeen's forfeit.

Players sin-binned (2 from either side) and St George player sent off in a game that was played in a good spirit.
The ref had "control" of the game.

Rochdale Cobras now have a 24-0 against Crewe & Nantwich Steamers
What's got to be a record losing streak continues:
Peterlee Pumas 'A' 40-38 Whitley Bay Barbarians
This is their 9th RLC season and though I may be wrong I believe they've never won a game (other than by walkover). I fancy their chances against Hartlepool though

Losing by a mere two points away from home suggests that they may not have long to wait for that elusive win.
I like their club badge - avoids all the cliches.

Most regions have a very good record but the NW and Yorkshire situation from the winter overrun will hopefully not happen with the new structure next year
