KIDS GO FREE TO CO-OPERATIVE CHAMPIONSHIPS GAMES THIS HALF-TERM! Story in brief:
If you're looking for things to do with the kids this half-term which won't break the bank, take them along to any Co-operative Championships game free of charge! As part of The Co-operative Championships KIDS GO FREE initiative, under 16s will be able to get in free to games with a paying adult this half-term as well as over the Summer school holidays.
The scheme, which launched at the start of the season, followed research commissioned by The Co-operative which showed that family time has taken a hit during the economic crisis, as families have less disposable income to spend on family outings than they did two years ago.
Celebrity rugby league fans have pledged their support for the initiative including comedian Johnny Vegas, cricketers Graeme Swann and Ryan Sidebottom, actress Lucy-Jo Hudson and rugby league legend Paul Sculthorpe.
"The concept of kids going free to games is fantastic. The more children exposed to the game the better, and to be able to help out families during these hard times is a positive thing," said former GB captain and two times man of Steel winner Paul Sculthorpe.

Success does not consists in never making blunders, but in never making the same one the second time.
