Akuila Uate picked his opponent up deliberately tipped him over and drilled him into the ground.
It was a clear case of putting your opponent in serious danger. The bloke could have sustained a broken neck.
Because of his clear record in the past and the fact that the offence was deemed as Grade 1, he can plead guilty and know he will not be banned.
Akiula is a brilliant player to watch.
I get the feeling that in this case he has been treated leniently, more so than others.
To me this was clearly a serious misdemeanor deserving of a ban, previous clear record or not.
Somebody has said that the bloke hit his shoulder first and just a bit of the back of his head - so that's all right then!
Oh and this means AU is available for Origin II
