It's good to win at home, but it's better to win away!

Thanks for your kind words, Knights played well and at 18 - 4 up, playing some excellent attacking rugby should have run away with the game, but to Dewsburys credit they hit back to take the lead. When you go to their place you must keep Brambini quiet, as his kicking game today was 1st class. Good luck (but not to much)No our banker was when we took the pi*s at your place on good Friday.

ps
You're right about good Friday, but the Knights are hitting form at the right time, it's going to be an interesting run in to the end of the season.

Looking at the remaining games I think York will finish above us , they should get another 3 points from their home game against Toulouse--- Hunslet will have to play above themselves with Barrow (twice), Widnes, Featherstone, Leigh Halifax , Sheffield still to play.
Hunslet should be ashamed that they got beat in Toulouse, our supporters may have enjoyed the trip, but this game is all about winning not social outings.

Well done to York, I'm not panicking just yet, just a bonus point next week will see us go back above York, 8 games to go 5 at home, still confident we can amass enough points to stay above both York and Dewsbury

More like being ashamed that we let York draw with us on the first day of the season after leading by so much. That could relegate us

You were lucky to get a draw against York.

As the Hunslet timekeeper I can tell you there were 5 seconds left on my watch when we got the penalty to make it a draw.

There maybe was 5 mins left on clock but you shouldnt have had the penalty as your players were interfering with ball play while we tyred to play the ball , you got a draw due to the ref being a complete cock.As the Hunslet timekeeper I can tell you there were 5 seconds left on my watch when we got the penalty to make it a draw.

Good result for York, and, I happen to think, the best result for us too (apart from the fact Dewsbury got a point as well).
Still far, far too much rugby to be played yet though to be able to say who's stopping up and who's going down. I've looked at the fixtures and it's impossible to say who's got the "easiest" run-in. Throw in the conjecture regarding Toulouse quitting the league / not getting relegated and whatever impact that might have and it only clouds the issue still further. And I wonder if there'll be any "fallout" at Dewsbury in the light of yesterday's result ...
My guess is that it will probably go down to the final weekend of the season.

Looking at the table at present and remaining fixtures for the 3 clubs, the Tolouse game could have been the game that cost us survival.

I think your all reading too much into the Toulouse game.
Toulouse had three top players returning and we were in 'unfamiliar' circumstances. We lost - so what - lets move on.
We still have a load of games left and plenty of them are winnable. I don't see any great fears around Barrow and Widnes,Halifax are still up and down, Dewsbury away is a six pointer and maybe there are some bonus points to be picked up.
As a club we need to be more positive about this - we have had a bad run but out last game was a narrow defeat at Halifax and nothing has happened since - by virtue of the fact we haven't played. The break will have given us chance to sort some nagging knocks and injuries out and regroup a little.
I stated it before that its not who you play but its WHEN you play them - imagine if we'd had Barrow and Halifax in very early games - we'd have definitly won.
Lets all stop being negative , congratulations to York on a spectacular victory , and lets concentrate on winning our own matches - which I'm sure we can !
POSITIVITY !!

The penalty was for taking Luke Haigh's head off as he darted for the line you plank - check the DVD !
