What do the Aussies reckon then? I watched a bit of the Cronulla game last night and he looked OK despite a poor overall performance from the Bunnies. He ran the ball in hard and defended soundly enough so all-in-all a half-decent first stint, I thought.

From what I saw Luke had a decent debut. He's there for Souths in their hour of need. He needs to establish himself quickly so as to have any chance of keeping his place.
Souths had about half a dozen forwards unavailable to play in that game - Roy Asotasi, Sam Burgess, Luke Stuart, Dave Taylor, Scott Geddes and Ben Lowe.
To leapfrog them when all available and fit will be a big challenge. Even getting on the bench will be tough.
