The Co-op is having a major national celebration and the game at Rochdale (where the Co-op started all those years ago) is the last part of those celebrations. They are promoting it as a charity match and trying to break the record for a championship attendance, Town have been fortunate in getting some sponsorship to assist the charity aspect and have used that money to make a donation, in return for free entry vouchers for Town fans.
All credit to Rochdale for what will hopefully be a great day (though I doubt that they'll get the numbers they are hoping for) but lets not get carried away and see it as some permanent policy.

I for one think we could improve the atmosphere at home grounds in the lower league by the RFL introducing something like if you buy a season ticket for your club when your teams playing away you gain entry for free to your opponents ground, something like Rochdale have done there is a full 50 seated bus going from the ship that normally wouldn’t be going, Rochdale will make of the bar and food
Hornets wont make a penny from bar and food, we only rent the stadium and the stadium management company take all the profit.
The only "extras" we make on are a little from the program and half time Golden gamble, unless you all want to buy an Hornets home shirt
Don't worry about any of that, just come and have a drink, have a bit of banter and a laugh and may the best team win.
