shackley has just had an operation, gaskell has just signed and not trained with the team, so i would assume that he would be unfit and personally shouldnt walk into a first team in my opinon... You have pedley on the bench as he has been very good in starting and bamber to replace him as he is not a natural hooker! karl is up on a charge for using elbow..... so i think you may need to ulter your team pal lol... oh coward is also injured isnt he as he didnt play last game?

I thought Patrick and Miller were our two best go-forward backs at Rochdale and young Gaskell has been signed on for the future not to be thrown in to a cauldron at the end of this season. I hope Kris Coward is fit for this match.

Olstrum is up tomorrow for use of his elbow in a tackle and having witnessed it I would say he will probably get a ban. I believe he intended a shoulder charge but ended up hitting the opposition player with his elbow so he might be lucky and only get 1 match!!!!

I still can't understand our reluctance to try and get loanees in for the rest of the season. Swinton have just added Andy Gorski to their squad for their last 6 matches and even Oldham have taken two players on loan from Leeds!!!!!

I think I would be tempted to drop the old guard. Bamber in for holt(holt on bench)dawesy in for gus,Tutty(if fit) for ginge and McKenna for whitehead with armi moving to loose if olstrum is banned. I would certainly have Patrick in centre and maybe drop low for mossop. How anyone could suggest dropping pedley to the bench is beyond me though, our stand out player for weeks.

So what happened with Olstrum's disciplinary hearing? There's nothing on the Discipline page of the RFL website!!!!

Update: Olstrum suspended for two matches and a £50 fine. Tyrone Dalton (Haven) suspended for 2 matches and £50 fine for tripping at same hearing.

When our coaches talk about our injured list they never seem to mention Mark Shackley. Has he disappeared down the "Bermuda Triangle" where we seem to have lost several players over the years????????

Shacks has just had knee surgery, he was stood in front of us giving whitehead stick at the swinton game. He is very much a town player, but an indication on his return would've nice. He is probably the bigger miss out of all our injured players as he is very mobile for a big lad.
