Not long to go and a win needed to finish fourth, lets get as many fans over to the Willows as possible, make plenty of noise and hopefully cheer the team on to a win, at £5.00 admission there's no excuse.
Success does not consists in never making blunders, but in never making the same one the second time.

What a game!!!

A total of 62 points, some great tries, a good fight, never more than 12 points in it, oh and WE WON!!!!!

That last try was worth the gate money on it's own.

It's all out of our hands now, Doncaster need to score a lot against Gateshead, win by 81 to be exact. I'm sure someone at the 'DO' will have the news coming in and it could throw up a play-off against Oldham next Sunday!!!

Well done to all the lads, they ran their blood to water tonight and well done to the coaching staff for preparing them for the battle. If anyone was not convinced that John Stankevitch is a superb coach this just underlines it. Wins against every team except you-know-who and 3 wins against the team liable to end up second!

Well done JS, don't go to Yawnion, please!

I'll have a smile on my face all week now!!!

If we had to loose then against you lot would be acceptable. I'm happy for the likes of Houghey And Wayne (who i touhght was MOM)along with Dave Newton and Andy Sewell and Dean Gorton all good ex lads for us and fingers crossed you do the business and get to the championship.....good luck .
I also would like to say thanks to your boys for forming the guard of honour ,while the Lions got the trophy, much appreciated.

Wayne did have a great game last night and I think the Lions let him go too early. He still has good pace and a deceptive step

I think that if anyone saw that game last night wondering whether to start watching Rugby League they would now be converts. We could still end up with 4 clubs on 40 points following Swinton in the league table.

A really good game on Friday, not too different to the last game between the two teams. Close throughout, good rugby and a last minute try from the more composed team on the night. Wayne was a clear choice for MOM, a vintage display if ever there was one. And as per Marshy, the guard of honour was a very nice touch as well.

Good luck for the play-offs, it would be nice to have another NW team in the championship for 2012. A certain for the semi in my eyes, even further if you can play with the intensity of last night!
