On page 2 of todays League Weekly there is another article about Barrow saying that the club are subject of another RFL investigation into alleged salary cap irregularities.

The article says that League Weekly can reveal that they could face further sanctions (on top of the suspended penalty) including another points deduction if claims made to Red Hall are substantiated.

The article adds, "The RFL have refused to elaborate on the details of Barrow's alleged infringements but spokesman, John Ledger told League Weekly, "The RFL can confirm that Barrow Raiders are subject of an RFL investigation into salary cap irregularities".

The RFL say there is no timetable for the conclusion of the investigation though League Weekly understands the club will discover by the end of the month whether or not they will face any charges.

This article was in The League Weekly (as mentioned in the first post in this thread) , whereas the rest of the stuff was in League Express.

Before we all go off on one on yet another suicidal thread, people could always take their minds off all the Ned Catic/BOD out/salary cap-based doom and gloom for two minutes and cheer themselves up for a short time by putting a few words of thanks to one of the finest players ever to play for this club.
