Not your best effort. Infact, probably one of your worst.
Best team on the day won. I've dealt with it.

Ain't it funny how you think you're gonna be OK
Till you remember things are never gonna be the same again?
Ain't it crazy how you think you've got your whole life planned
Just to find that it was never ever in your hands?

Like I have said on the Oldham board, the best team won fair and square - applauded both sides yesterday and I tend to see the game through both teams perspective and Oldham were not at the races at all. Some of your fans are so blinkered it's untrue, and at every play the ball we were offide, and every pass was forward. My 11 year old lad got told to shut up because he cheered when Oldham scored from a man who despite his senior years, should of known better. Disgruntled? Not really, we have blown hot and cold all season, and didn't really deserve anything from this years efforts - but as I have said many times, with the youth of Oldham now having that exit route they desperately require from amateur to the professional club, sprinkle in a few seasoned experienced pros, Oldham will become that success again. Patience and time is a key, which isn't to everyones cup of tea. Why go out spend a fortune on journey men and mercenaries who do not give a toss about your club? At Oldham we have had our fair share of them over the years, and become vastly in debt because of it. If I was a betting man, I guess Swinton will end up in the mire before next February as they cannot sustain their level of spending on the gates they get, and the rental of a stadium. Enjoy youselves in the play offs and good luck.
