Hi,

After a disasterous year for shirt designs in Super League, we 'hope' 2012 might just surprise us and bring forward much much better strips to make up for the joke uniforms our players have had to endure this year (some exceptions like Salford, St.Helens, Warrington etc.).

Please post any images of proposed or rumoured kit designs for next season from all leagues and comps.

That Catalan design is fantastic. I hope they run with it.

Not bad at all.

As for Wigan, I am NOT going to tempt fate by saying that they can't possibly do a worse job that they did with the 2011 abominations.

Quite a busy chevron though?

Busy, but not messy. I think it works rather well.

Heard that Salford won't be having their retro double Vee design next year. A shame really would have been nice to see the Reds logo on that kit.

That Catalans one is awesome.

Slight diversion - anyone know where I can get a retro Great Britain jersey? Mine is the one they wore in the early-mid 1990s, made by Classic. Been pretty much worn in to the ground now and *needs* to be replaced.

Think I'm the only one who isn't a fan of that Catalan shirt - not awful by any means, especially compared to other teams in SL - but certainly my least favourite one they have had so far.

I'm on the fence about it. I like the 2011 one though.

Have they ever had a shirt that was vertical stripes?

Weren't we promised a return to a more traditional, cherry & white design by IL at the fans forum a while back?

Think the Gateshead home shirt needs purple shorts as well. There's too much white on both kits. Glad to see they've gone back to the original logo though. The remake was awful. Looked like a clipart and wordart combination.

I agree. More purple and a hint of navy.

Like the Thunder kits. Both good for a modern design. Think the Dragons is one of the worst they've had, to much going on in to small a chevron.
"surely they've got to try somthing different now, maybe the little chip over the top?2
