Should be a good game tomorrow between Barrow Raiders and Workington Town, kick-off 2.00pm.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

Keighley Cougars 28-12 Bradford Bulls after 72:00 minutes.
Try: Matt Parata
The former West Tigers and Cronulla Sharks man brings the house down with a try on his debut. Keighley's three-quarter line has been pretty impressive this half.
Bradford just about hanging in to make the scoreline a commendable one to match their spirit and efforts.

Yup! Including the ones sitting in the stand! (I think three have gone in support but one is from Oldham anyway - Mark Flannagan)I'd imagine that after getting used to Langtree Park that Whitebank on a freezing cold, snowy night is a bit of a shock to the system to some of the saints team.

Saints to sneak it? As usual
"I don't see what all the fuss is about. I mean, it's only fair after last year isn't it? Look Neil, just for you, I've put my best Rovers' tie on today in the hope it'll go some way to make up for it. Oh, by the way, Jon sends his regards."
