I believe Askam put 50 points into Barrow Island, surly this cant of been Askam 'A' team after they struggled all season and called games off...............sounds like Askam maybe had a 'few' first teamers in.

Askam had 4 players playing that have played more than 5 1st team games. One of those players was making his 2nd appearance since returning from a broken ankle (played vs ulverston last week) and another player was making his 1st return from a broken hand. Askam have used 36 players this year in the 1st team so obviously the a team will contain players that have played 1st team, but ultimately the a team will be using the same players as at the start of the season although the team should be stronger because none of the 'a team' players will be getting drafted into the 1st team!! Also Barrow island only had 13 players!!!
