just out of interest when and where is the Cumbria Cup final?
Well done Walney.
Believe the final will be at the Copeland Stadium in January against Kells, but this has yet to be confirmed

full credit to roose to turn up with 11 men we borrowed them 4 lads and they never give up !!
So you lent Roose 4 players, and they never gave up! Fair play to Millom !
And you say they only lost 68-0...........thank heavens for small mercies then!
So that's 70 odd by Walney and 60 odd by Millom, plus the other tonkings they've had this season............I bet the lads really enjoy turning up each week!
The question is: Who is this benefitting?
Is getting tonked every week good for the game?...........I dont think so!

It probably doesnt benefit either side to be honest, but what can you do, the roose lads obviously wanted to play so well done them and if youre millom do you take it easy? We all want good close games but it doesnt always happen that way. Roose will no doubt win some games this year against other sides that are struggling for numbers, sometimes youve just got to stick together and battle on. Get your boots back on RP10!! Seriously though like i said what can you do?

Rob it was only 44 10 against us mate, i have to agree with the millom boys and fair play to the boys that helped roose out although it is tough these young lads are future 1st tam boys for roose mate, when we played you we had 13 of the 17 that were under 19 i know its tough but these boys will come through it mate and fair play to the roose boys for going up and playing. the B&D will get stronger and stronger over the next 2 or 3 years with all these young ones playing. So you lent Roose 4 players, and they never gave up! Fair play to Millom !
