SR whoever bought you the bottle of Tia Maria for Xmas should have told you not to:
a/ drink it all in 30 minutes
b/ go on a rugby league forum
However one positive from the above present and its consumption is it will allow you to believe the Rams could beat the dogs in any meaningful game if only until the effects wear off at least

Despite the opinions of both coaches, the Boxing Day game was a meaningful event.
Would you like a cup of tea with your humble pie ?

Was it? No league points on offer, no cup progression to be made. Even if the result had been in reversal I'd still be of the same opinion, as I espoused on the Batley forum prior to the game.
What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?

I think we both know it was, and judging by Mr Kear's face during the game he did too!

I'm pretty sure the boxing day fixture was in 2011 John and as the title of this post relates to predictions in 2012 so did my comment
I am full of confidence in Batley beating the Rams in all fixture during 2012

You may be full of confidence but what is it based on? I thoroughly expected the Rams to get a toweling on Boxing Day, even though it was a friendly. But I honestly came away quite shocked, along with a few of my match day chums.
Had I have been a Batley supporter I would secretly be thinking " Oh my God, we're ######". I had that feeling after last years BD game about the Rams and I was right. What I took out of this game was a renewed team spirit in the Rams camp but the total opposite in the Bulldogs camp. JK has his work cut out, more so than WJ. WJ, for all I called him last year, is progressing his career, JK is on the downslope.( Maybe that's why he chose Batley, a haven for twilight careers and of course the slope).

Can't really see anyone getting close to Featherstone and Halfax, think the surprise team will be Keighley pushing around the top six, with the players they got, must be some cash getting pumped in that club.If the Rams can get in around the top six,i'll be happy.

Would go with that BSJ, except I would change 7 & 8 around, and change 9 & 10 around.
WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO SWIPE THIS?
