Firstly, I hope it's a better game than the one I saw last June at the Willows.

Secondly, I hope Salford win and go on to create a 'fortress Barton' mentality. I think they will win, but I fear the rest is just wishful thinking.

I think it'll be a high scoring thriller mate. Salford to win of course

Salford with a last minute drop goal in front of a full house and TV cameras would be perfect!

I reckon Salford by 8...

What is Radio Manchester doing Salford's first game at Barton no commentary because Manchester City are playing at the same time and they have to give commentary to these overhyped overpaid and overhere football players what's happened to these alternate frequencies yet when Everton or Liverpool are playing and Warrington,Widnes or St Helens are playing at the same time Merseyside put the Rugby on AM/DAB and the football on FM whereas BBC Radio Manchester have only FM/DAB but will they do the football on both I wish the RFL give BBC Radio Manchester good talking to and the sooner City go exclusively with a commercial station the better Unfortunately the Manchester in BBC Radio Manchester means bias towards MCFC and MUFC even though they don't have commentary rights to MUFC what are they scared of at BBC Radio Manchester given that MCFC are owned by Arabs Abu Dhabi part of the UAE Dubal based racehorse owners refusing to speak to the BBC's horse racing TV and radio teams for instance

At the end of the day there will be 400% more people watching City play than watching Salford play and about another 250,000 people who will be interested/ care about the city result as oppose to a few thousand who might care about the Salford result. If you ran BBC Manchester what game would you cover, to best give your audience what they want? The examples Liverpool/Everton or Saints/Widnes/Wire aren't comparable as in those cases you are talking about similar sized clubs with similar levels of interest. I'm all for equal treatment for RL in the media but there isn't a case to answer here.

Salford by no more than 6 and cas fans to have at least one chant about sale sharks.
"surely they've got to try somthing different now, maybe the little chip over the top?2

5 coaches from the club
3 coaches from the Bootroom
1 coach from early bath

they've gone threw one batch of tickets already, our support over there will be immense

Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

of course

5 coaches are going from the club
3 coaches are going form a pub called "the boot room"
1 coach is going from a pub called "The early Bath"

It also seems, that we have sold our first bacth of allocated tickets which means, acording to the original poster our support will be immense

that ok?

Thanks, Kenny. I was thinking of coaches like Ian Millward, Phil Vievers, etc.

It's late here.

Oh! And Padge is about right. 9 buses x 50 fans per bus makes 450. I assume there will be some making their own way, too. I hope it's a good game for all the fans, but that the Yorkshire contingent go home less happy than the Lancashire lads.
