Despite the injury crisis at both clubs you have to make the Dragons firm favourites for this one.

Bradford have possibly Jamie Langley (concussion), Heath L'Estrange (Knee Ligaments) and Keith Lulia (Hamstring Strain) missing, on top of the already confirmed players to miss the season opener - Olivier Elima (Knee), Elliot Whitehead (Suspended), Manase Manuokafoa (Knee) and Thomas Olbison (Shoulder).

Catalan have Gregory Mounis (Knee) Cyril Stacul (Ankle) and Frederic Vaccari (Ligament damage) all missing after picking up injuries during that impressive eight try demolition of London.

Bradford very light in the pack while at the other end of the spectrum the Dragons are somewhat light in the three-quarter line.

Haven't made it to any pre-season stuff thus far, but I would have said Catalan regardless of those results and I still will now. Long season ahead I think.

I think any side containing the likes of Pryce, Bosc, Durreau, Pelissier and Menzies is going to cause trouble for the opposition defence.

We all know what a fully 100% fit Leon Pryce can do and so it's absolutely paramount he's well marked on Sunday.

With the mercury only at two degrees for the game yesterday (the KC Stadium has undersoil heating).

I've just had a look at the Met's weather forecast for Bradford this weekend and it isn't positive reading with the overnight temperature predicted to drop to as low as minus seven and minus eight.

Will frost protection sheets work when the temperature is that low for prolonged periods?

Aparently Diskin has a knock too and Adam O'Brien was in A&E too.

I don't predict games this early and Sundays showing is the reason I dont attend friendlies.

Sammut hopefully will be involved. Did he play yesterday Mick?

Bulls by 10.

The Catalans seem to take ages to fire up most seasons.

Gledhill to go overboard.
Astute analysis from a Wigan fan:

Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.

It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.

Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

Bulls by 24.

All Bulls fans, but especially Gledhill, exceedingly overboard.

Bulls still to be on two competition points in the middle of March.

He did and was indifferent during his forty five minute spell. But I've seen enough from the non effective Ben Jeffries to pass comment that he should not be anyway near the starting 17 on Sunday should the game beat the freeze.

They speak highly of their own city team though.
When you say uneducated, does that mean they like Ganson?

That would mean defeats to Castleford, Wakefield, Hull Kingston Rovers & Salford.
