Not sure of reason why?

Gareth O'Brien & Ratchford had rave reviews from the trip down under.
Maybe Smith is looking long term.
We no longer rely on Briers, so not sure why it's shocking.

Some people are just so selfish.

I would have thought a ratchford and myler combo would be the way to go?

It wouldn't make sense to have all three on the pitch and presumably Tony Smith thinks he can manage half-back cover from the remainder of the 17.
That said; please can we have Briers?

Well so did Briers, didn't he get MOTM in the League Express for the Souths game? It is a bit shocking, you have to admit. Not the biggest shockwave in RL history, but still...

not read the league express, but someone posted on here Ratchford was the stand out player
Smith has also spoken about Gaz O'Brien and Ratchford.
I'm not shocked as Briers was dragged off in the first home game last season as he didn't perform.... Smith knows what he's doing.

Oh hang on, I haven't seen this suggested anywhere apart from in Wendall's head so far.
So I'll stay reasonably unshocked for now.

It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.
Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

Fair play on Smith. For whatever reason he's been left out, i'm sure its the right one.

Heard its alcohol related, and it happened in Sydney.

I guess we'll go with something like:
Riley
Williams
Bridge
Atkins
Evans
Ratchford
Myler
Morley
Monaghan M
Carvell
Waterhouse
Westwood
Grix
Subs
Harrison
Wood
Cooper/Hill
Higham
We'll still have a very strong pack, but a very much untested backline.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try
Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen
