With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

From this distance a more than well deserved result for that hard working club. Look forward to welcoming them to the scorpions (having watched our defensive display against oldham no way are we getting promoted
)

Crusaders RL to get a franchise for 2012 onwards -WRONG
Widnes Vikings also to get a franchise - RIGHT
Crusaders RL to do the double over Widnes and finish five places ahead of them -WRONG
Widnes Vikings NOT to dominate rugby league in years to come! STILL TO COME

I promise to pay 10 to the charity of Bomb Jacks choice if Widnes Millionaires finish above the battling underdogs Crusaders RL. I OWE A TENNER!

About time, in many ways they should have been the first ones on the list after missing the boat for a variety of reasons over the years.

The North London derby to become a reality in 2013 - Skolars/Stags. Great news.
si tu (remi casty) devais envoyer un fax au president guasch?

True, but all the correct elements have to be in place to ensure that the venture is successful. Hopefully they are, and good luck to them.

Great news, well deserved. I like Riley but I find it disrespectful that every embargo is broken prematurely in RL.
Astute analysis from a Wigan fan:
Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.
It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.
Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

They've been on/off trying for 20 years but have obviously sorted out the ground.About time, in many ways they should have been the first ones on the list after missing the boat for a variety of reasons over the years.
They really needed to get in so glad they're in. Now we really need Coventry Bears to be one of the last two. Bristol would be my preference for the other spot.

About bloody time! Although another day's waiting for the embargo to end would have been fine too.

Excellent news all round, when confirmed, really looking forward to seeing these new clubs (and players) develop, so many more opportunities to get people involved in the game, all good.

Has to be the most sensible and popular decision made by the rfl in recent years - as long as the pitch situation has been resolved.Good news for London rugby and very sensible from a travelling point of view.Whatever some people might think, you can't have players travelling to Devon/Cornwall or south of London to play in front of a few hundred people.

Everywhere's in London. That's why we're all paying for the Olympics.

Jonny Wilkinson's London Hemel Stags has a nice ring to it though.

Given that there are now less jobs in the five host boroughs than there were before the winning bid was announced, as a direct result of the Olympics btw, I'd suggests it's the people of east London that are really paying for the Olympics.
