I'm here.

Read the next line down, it says - referred.

The Super League website also confirms he has been charged, not sure whether the RFL's website is an error or whether something has changed although that has never happened before (I know there have been canges this year though on the disciplinary).

Also, I never stated he should be banned or whatever, I stated the shoulder hit Rinaldi in the face - it did. Not my fault you want to ignore that.

The Tommy Lee 'tackle' was the most blatant abuse of the 'on report' system I've seen so far. IMO this cop out needs taking away from referees because as far as I can see it serves no purpose whatsoever, as players can be charged whether 'on report' or not (I stand to be corrected on this as not 100% sure). I know TL has stated it was unintentional and that he and Briers are good mates but the ref doesn't know this, all he knew was that it was clear foul play, therefore his only decision in this clear cut case should have been red or yellow?

1 Game ban and fine.
Rule 1 of trl - never listen to Roy

I expect a few more red cards this year then, how many similar tackles will go unpunished this season.

Not just this season.Take a look at this one from 2009 with no case to answer and tell me what the difference is to the Moa incident.

Maybe you can ask Sam himself since he pleaded guilty.

Not that it's stopping the Hull fans on Rlfans blaming the RFL.
Astute analysis from a Wigan fan:

Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.

It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.

Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

Maybe he didn't wanna doin the roulette wheel that is the RFL disciplinary committee's outcomes.

Almost certainly a tactical move to get the charge downgraded, I would think. A naive attempt at 'plea bargaining' if you will.

Ill advised IMO.

There is no difference. Just as there was no difference when O'Meley knocked Roby out at the KC with an almost identical challenge.

If this marks a shift in interpretation of the law then fair enough but I hope it will be applied consistently.

Not a cat in hells chance..typical RFL judiciary decision. There will be no consistency unless you play for the big 4 that is.
Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectatotrs handle the ball more than the players.

mmmm I would say that is probably slightly worse. Otherwise it is practically a carbon copy, even down to the Leeds players patting Bailey on the head and back.
