to this our latest tipping competition of the 2012 season.
Everyone reading this is welcome to enter.




Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round
The first game this week is on Friday

ROUND 4 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition:
How many teams will score only 9 points or less in NRL Round 4?
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.
The poll is anonymous so we can't give you credit unless it is in your predictions post.

Now for the main event of the week:

*Match Tipping Competition:
Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 4 2012

*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R4?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.

*Away Win Competition:
How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R4 2012?
Even-Stephens last week, same again this week, or what?
In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:



Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

So far the majority have gone for Broncos beating Rabbitohs.The game is in Perth which adds a sort of random factor to the mix. I know two more tipsters yet to commit who'll probably go with Souths, no names mentioned - you know who I mean!
I guess Bunnies couldn't have done too much more to try to persuade us to go with them. maybe it'll take them another couple of barnstorming wins to convince the rest then.

I think the Bunnies have gone well so far this year, they might only be 1 from 3 but they shouldnt have lost against the Roosters and they gave Melbourne a tough match before beating the Panthers.

With GI at Full back, and Burgess and Taylor in good form I think theyll beat the Broncos. Having seen what Maguire did at Wigan, the biggest thing that will change at Souths is their attitude, and if they get that right they have the players to challenge.

Or they could just do what they always do and flatter to deceive!

Feel sorry for Jharal Yow Yeh with his terrible injury today.
Another reminder of how tough and unforgiving our game can be.

Our Away Win comp this week was not won - nobody correctly predicted the outcome 5 aways-.
In our Poll Comp there was nobody who predicted the correct number of 5 teams scoring 9 or fewer points.

Animated awards will be presented to this week's winners as soon as I've been able to create them. More patience than usual may be needed. it's likely it will be this weekend before I can access the software needed.
