Where did they play? The info on the England RL website is so minimal it's gone back in time as the match link has a date of 1st January 1970 on it!!!

The scorers for England were; Oliver Gildart, Jack Logan, Dave Hewitt, Elliott Morris & Kruise Leeming

They have England down as the home team as they did for game one. Click on the actual link for the match and it comes up with 1st January 1970 !!!!!
