Will the wave of emotion that seemed to carry Braford to victory over Leeds continue at the Stobart? Probably.
Widnes 14 Bradford 36
Widnes 14 Bradford 36
"I don't see what all the fuss is about. I mean, it's only fair after last year isn't it? Look Neil, just for you, I've put my best Rovers' tie on today in the hope it'll go some way to make up for it. Oh, by the way, Jon sends his regards."

Well I'm hoping to be there dependent on todays new.........
If the Bulls don't attack Ah van's wing there's something wrong. Pryce, L'Estrange and Ainscough had knocks throughout the game with Pryce going off.

I've been told Kopczak is back, a timely boost!
This should off-set the expected ban for Hargreaves.

Prop Craig Kopczak retunrs to the Bulls line up for the game against Widnes at the Stobart Stadium on Easter Monday.
Kopczak's return, after missing the last five games following his finger fracture against Warrington, is a timely one as the Bulls are only able to name an 18-Man Squad for the game. The Bulls had only nineteen fit players for the game against the Rhinos and have lost Phil Joseph and Karl Pryce through injury.
The Squad is: Addy, Ainscough, Burgess, Diskin, Elima, Hargreaves, Jeffries, Kearney, Kopczak, Langley, L'Estrange, Lulia, Manuokafoa, Olbison, Platt, Purtell, Sammut, Whitehead.

Should Hargreaves get a ban? It looked like L'estrange taht forced JP into a dangerous position to me. It was a bad one though.

I hope we win. After some unwise predicting in the lead up to the Salford game I'm not even thinking of a tonking. Both sides are down to the bare bones and will be fatigued. I just think we have a little too much. Or, I hope we have a little too much. But if anyone can collapse magestically, it's Bradford. The emotion was there on Good Friday, I hope the lads can dig deep again. Nervous times.

You're correct according to the RFL site and the quote from superleague.co.uk below.Well don't the disciplinary convene on Tuesdays??
Bradford Bulls are boosted by the return of Craig Kopczak, who has missed the last five games with a broken finger, while front rower Bryn Hargreaves is free to continue as he awaits any punishment for his dismissal against Leeds Rhinos.

Just as a side to this, does the timing of an offence influence the 'sending off sufficient' punishment?Bradford Bulls are boosted by the return of Craig Kopczak, who has missed the last five games with a broken finger, while front rower Bryn Hargreaves is free to continue as he awaits any punishment for his dismissal against Leeds Rhinos.
I'm not saying that Hargreaves (or L'Estrange) should only get that, but is the punishment structure consistent? Should the punishment be the same for a sending off in the 2nd or 78th minute?
In reality, the sending off was no punishment at all on Friday (although it did succeed in calming down a potential flashpoint).

Part of me hopes Hargreaves gets sending off sufficient and L'Estrange is charged (... but not too much!)Just as a side to this, does the timing of an offence influence the 'sending off sufficient' punishment?

In normal circumstances I'd expect us to win this one, but these are not normal circumstances.
The team invested a huge amount of physical and emotional energy into Friday night, and I'd be amazed if they were able to summon that up again. In addition, we've picked up yet more injuries, although Koppy's return is a timely boost. The achievement of the half million will also be a good morale booster.
Widnes will have had a day more rest.
I'll be chuffed if we win whatever the margin. I think it could be close.

And when they found our shadows
Grouped around the TV sets
They ran down every lead
They repeated every test
They checked out all the data on their lists
And then the alien anthropologists
Admitted they were still perplexed
But on eliminating every other reason
For our sad demise
They logged the only explanation left
This species has amused itself to death
No tears to cry no feelings left

Does anyone know which radio stations are covering this? I really don't want to rely on BCB here in Bradford, they're rubbish. I can't imagine Radio Leeds caring much or Yorkshire radio covering this.

Its hard to put into words my thoughts on what I've just witnessed.
I've been watching this game for over 45 years and its hard to remember a more shambolic, inept, clueless performance.
I can't remember a more one sided game, at least 85% of it must have been played in our half.
Bradford fans must have left the game more concerned about our predicament than their own.

How long do you think Betts can survive? It's not a bad squad you've got together. Its hard to put into words my thoughts on what I've just witnessed.
