Could be wrong but I think the '32 players' quote was via Paul Rowley - not sure whether it was intended as tongue in cheek or not! These are the same leigh fans who believe we have a squad of 32 fit players to choose from ! According to their forum.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Paul Rowley has made an enquiry. Mills left Leigh due to financial troubles and not because of any falling out with people there. I'd imagine the ball will be in the court of the Lions as to whether they want to release him, as I doubt Leigh would be prepared to pay a transfer fee.
It boils down to a question of: Who would you recruit in his place? His performances on the whole have been underwhelming so far, well below expectations, so there might be some value in trying someone else.
I cannot fathom what's going on with Kevin Penny. I've seen him at the last 2 games, so he's apparently available but being left out by Steve McCormack. Unlike Mills, I think Penny has done OK when he's played and the other options Steve McCormack has in that position haven't totally convinced in his absence. You can't leave Penny out on the basis of his defence if the man who gets picked ahead of him is Dodd.

agree totally about reay good solid player will allways give is all for the teamThat's a big worry if Higson has broke his arm. Along with Tom Armstrong, he's been out best close season signing.

The Lions trio have been sat on the sidelines for the last two Championship games - victory over Batley and defeat to Leigh last week.
But they will be back in the reckoning when Swinton take on coach Steve McCormack's old club in the fourth round clash.
The Lions will be without dual-registration players Carl Forster and Scott Hale, who St Helens want to keep available in the cup, while Mike Morrison picked up an injury against Leigh.
Prop Morrison has trained this week and could be in contention but centre Adam Higson is doubtful despite an x-ray on his injured arm showing no serious damage.
Threequarter Alex Hurst is definitely out with a knee injury.
Competition for places is fierce and while McCormack has said he doesn't want to make too many changes he is confident in the quality and depth of his squad.
He said: "We've got good players sitting on the sidelines every week but this club needs competition for places.
"If players play well they will keep the jersey and despite the defeat I can't fault the effort or the attitude against Leigh.
"I'm expecting a good cup tie against Gateshead who ran us close at home in the league last year.
"They have some good players and we will give them total respect."
McCormack is urging the fans to get out and support the team on a rare Saturday fixture.
He said: "We really appreciate our supporters and it makes all the difference to the players.
"Both sets of supporters made the atmosphere really good against Leigh last week.
"It would have been nice if it would have been a bit closer.
"Our fans at the end were great. They appreciated the effort the players put in and we were disappointed we didn't produce a better show for them."
Well there you go!

Yes also agree - I would like to see Reay in the team - but in the centre not on the wing
