Final score U23's 22 R.A.F. 28. Ref Mr Ansell disallowed a perfectly good Andy Taylor try in the last couple of minutes that should have levelled the scores. He also over-ruled the lady touchie who gave a forward pass for a Raf try, dunno why and I doubt he does too!
Never-the-less if the lads get a few more games scheduled I'm sure we'll see them make great improvements. Nexr up we have the 'Teachers Select' in 2 or 3 weeks.
On another note Dean Gorton came through the game unscathed notching up a try in the process!

And how come you didnt get the ball from up the tree !

I did at half time in the Mayfield game. Had to get a extra long stick to poke it out Wendy! :biggrin:
